Everything looks good.

Starts the dashboard and opens it in your browser at http://localdns.local, so there is no IP to remember (it is also always at http://127.0.0.1:7357). Add, edit and delete names, paste links as they are, and switch port-free URLs on or off. The hosts file can't store ports, so http://app.local would go to port 80. The router listens there, on 127.0.0.1 only, and forwards each of your names to its port. It never runs as root (on macOS, the system opens the port and hands it to the router running as the restricted nobody user), starts on its own, and serves only names you added. The installer turns it on.
